Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Since the products are handmade, there would always be some uniqueness added each time an artisan creates even the same piece of craft; due to the human touch. Hence there might be some variations in size and shape compared with the picture shown above.  

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can easily view your sales receipt in your profile section. This receipt will be valid only when the product is bought directly and not in try and buy and has not been returned.

How can I return an item?

If you find any of our items are not upto your liking in the first 7 days of arrival, just repack the product with its originals tags and packaging and initiate a return request through our worry free returns. Our courier partner will pick up the product and send it back to us where post inspection and satisfactory condition we will return the whole amount back to your original payment source less Rs.100 to your artcliq wallet.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Since we are working with many Artisan’s with minimal resources a lot of the displayed stock will be actually made to order and with an average timeline of 5-7 days of accepting the order. So we are working on a mixed stock/non stock model where you can freely order any product of your desire on our site.

Where can I ship my order?
Products can be bought or gifted around the world subject to managing the delivery and customs of the products by the customer outside of India.
WHAT IS ‘TRY N BUY’?

We are offering a 90 days trial period for selected products, where we charge a trial fees and return back to you in case you decide to return the product within the trial period.
